In general, I'd say the mission of the project is to provide open-source educational resources. At least, that's why I started the project. I'm hoping with enough snippets research groups may grow interested in the collection. From there, who knows!
As for the org, I'm not sure. I can invite them!
They may be able to request access. I'm not super familiar with GitHub orgs yet.
I've been inviting people who make pull requests, so they'll automatically get added if they make a contribution.

Also i have another question, can i have 2 pull requests in same time ? i have made a first pull request, while it is awaiting approval, can i have push to forked repo and create a new pull request with another different feature, would this affect my first pull request ? if it would, How can i do this without affecting it ?
So we'll chat about language background: when did it come out, how was it influenced, what is it good for, how popular is it, etc.
Then, we share the snippet and briefly break it down. Some languages are more complex than others. If it's very simple, I might talk about the API a little and explain what else you can or can't do with the same function.
Then, we chat about how to run the solution. This can get very complicated depending on how well maintained the language is.
Finally, we invite others to share the article!
I'd say it's normal for a Hello World article to average around 500 words. More if the language is more interesting. Less if not.
Also, I'm not super sure about the pull requests question. If you're merging from separate branches, you should be fine. If everything is on master, we may run into conflicts.

@chrboe i think i know how to prevent the prevouis problem from happening, I will sync the fork first using a pull request (fork << main) before doing my pull request (fork >> main)

the way i have it set up is that I've cloned my fork (so the local master branch always points to my fork) and I've added an additional remote for the "main" repo
using
git remote add upstream https://github.com/therenegadecoder/sample-programs
that way i can do
git fetch upstream, git checkout master, git rebase upstream/master, git push at any time to sync my fork with the main repo
@chrboe yeah the love for command line is strong :D , thanks @chrboe , I KNEW IT, i knew i have to do a branch sooner or later, but bec i never did it before, i tried putting it off for later :D ( the easier approach ) okai thats enough! i will check out a tutorial and see what the above commands do, thanks alot for your help
