    Well, this is cosy. Spent a couple of hours this afternoon doing new firmware. You can now load 150 samples into each bank, 32 banks, and I successfully played and skipped through a 8hr, 2.4gb sample, worked OK, takes about a second to skip between points. Not sure what it would be good for, but maybe there is a purpose for an 8 hour sine wave sweep.

    Nice. Have you tried the overclocking like we spoke about? May require better SD cards to cope with the speed.
    I spent some of my flight back to the UK writing down all the ideas I had for alternative firmware. Looking forward to messing about with it once I get back home properly.

    Just tried the overclocking - seems to run OK up to 144 Mhz, dies at 168Mhz. Not sure it will make much practical difference, as I think the SD loading is the bottleneck.

    Sounds like playing with the SPI speed settings would affect that

    MuzHack is a platform under development btw for sharing music tech designs, it should be perfectly useable though still a beta

    Hello, anyone here?
    I have a question regarding the Radio Music module: I'm a HW guy and not too skilled in programming. Would it be possible to add a loop switch connected to a GPIO and read that GPIO instead of the Settings loop value (every time a sample shall be played, not just at start up)? Thanks!
