    Can i run any url in Background using Asyntask

    @FFish
    An activity is more likely to be a View instead of a Controller. And it is highly suggested to write a controller class to separate the code which are unrelated to the views from an activity . @swapnilgt

    hi everyone. I am unable to login in an app using googleSignIn API. The reason is that when I call GoogleSignIn intent using startActivityforResult method, it gives me resultCode = 0 . I dont know why it is happening. Has anyone ever faced this issue? I wll be glad if someone can help me on this. Thanks

    @tonysinghmss
    Fellows I was able to solve this issue. Actually I was running my code from another system and the keystore files were not same. So I just created a new oauth from my android credentials page using the SHA1 fingerprint of this new system and my app was able to sign in again.

    How to Bind Services to Activity????
    Mohammed Rampurawala
    @mohammed-rampurawala
    @SeonSarkar Please provide exactly what you want to do
    ?
    Mohammed Rampurawala
    @mohammed-rampurawala
    You can try EventBus else for specific to android you can go with bindService mechanism
    ayush18verma
    @ayush18verma
    @nitinvats03_twitter You can check programmatically under onCreate of MainActivity :-
    By using the package name of your application.
    //Put the package name here...
    boolean installed = appInstalledOrNot("com.Ch.Example.pack");
    if(installed) {
    //This intent will help you to launch if the package is already installed
    Intent LaunchIntent = getPackageManager()
    .getLaunchIntentForPackage("com.Ch.Example.pack");
    startActivity(LaunchIntent);
            System.out.println("App is already installed on your phone");
        } else {
            System.out.println("App is not currently installed on your phone");
        }
    @SeonSarkar Do you want to bindServices from Client Side or Server Side ???
    ayush18verma
    @ayush18verma
    @SeonSarkar First of all, never used Background Service in the Main Activity ( main thread ).
    Create another thread , start media service from Broadcast receiver. and then stop background service by calling the method.

    mCurlView.setViewMode(CurlView.SHOW_TWO_PAGES);
    mCurlView.setMargins(-.5f, -.5f, -.5f, -.5f);//Zoom in

    } else {
    mCurlView.setViewMode(CurlView.SHOW_ONE_PAGE);
    mCurlView.setMargins(.01f, .01f, .01f, .01f);
