Many of the known bugs have been worked out. Looks to be working well on both Window Xampp and Ubuntu Servers. There was an issue I overlooked with case sensitivity when including files. The autoloader forced the classes to be loaded as lowercase when they are not. Case sensitive is key when creating files and directories.
