    I've got a question. Must script file be hosted on same domain or it can be loaded from external doman, external iframe etc.?
    Valentin Vasilyev
    @Valve
    @alexmatveev, I believe it's possible to load fingerprint.js from external domain. Addthis.com are doing exactly that\

    @argent-smith
    what about recognizing changed fingerprints from the same person? in the whitepaper EFF guys addressed this but i couldn’t quite understand how

    @Valve
    @argent-smith this will all be addressed in the fingerprintjs v2. Please share your ideas and follow the development of the new library

    Is there a way to manually send fingerprintjs it's inputs? It seems that internally it is referencing the user agent. Can we manually send it the user agent?
    Valentin Vasilyev
    @Valve
    @dcrockwell , no there isn't, but you can easily modify the lib to do it

    hi, may I ask you how I check to see if two hashes are similar? Is this possible. I would expect the user to make small changes to their browser periodically so how do I check the hash to see if its likely to be a previous one?
    EngineeringStudent
    @EngineeringStudent
    its ok dude i realized components contains the seperate variables. So I will probably use websocket to send them to server and store them in database for each fingerprint as seperate columns

    @Valve what @alanc0llins said was in Portuguese :P Nevertheless :)
    if he wants he can say it I can translate :P

    Hi everyone, need some advice, I'm trying to debug an issue where the fingerprint seems to change very frequently for a user and thought I could write a before and after script that basically stores in localStorage the previous values and the new from the fingerprint keys. Would this be considered to be personal identifiable info?
    Valentin Vasilyev
    @Valve
    @sam3k hard to day, if it changes very often for you, it can be useless to use it. Ideally I would identify the reason of the frequent changes and try to fix/mitigate this
