Vundle is based on Vim Scripts which is sort of dying. There are several PRs awaiting for merging and more bugs freely strolling around. How does people deal with it?
The power of Vundle resides in its ease of installing plugins, which it retrieves from a project that is not maintained anymore. Am I missing something?

@Atcold vimscripts runs in completely automated mode, there's no one supervising it
@Atcold PRs should be opened on original sources or addressed to original authors

@gmarik, then how does the original author push the changes? Moreover, if this is the custom, shouldn't you forbid PRs at all? Right now people are using their time for fixing bugs that will be never fixed... And, since the migration from Google Code, many original authors have been left behind...

vim-scripts/taglist.vim#7 there are other people lost, trying to understand why things don't get updated.
So, there are many users who try to get thinks synced, fixed and improved, but we don't know where to head to.
