The binder link is permanant - it won't change.
It will only build a new docker container after a commit to the github repository. If there haven't been any new commits it will find the container from the registry.
So faster so long as there haven't been any changes :smile:
You can also alter the link to point to your fork of the repository and a specific branch if you'd like to (before these are merged to master for example)
And you can change the file path to point to a different jupyter notebook if you'd like to too :smile:

but that PR (with tutorial) is not merged right now
