    Tomorrow starts early at 8 ~ 9 am for registration, breakfast will also be provided.
    After which, the Hackathon will begin at 9am, lasting till 5 pm.

    I am. When I run make, yarn gives an error, saying it cannot find the file/directory 'install'

    what's the output of which yarn?
    It looks like yarn is not on your $PATH
    if it is indeed on $PATH, then you should remove yarn and reinstall it.
    Then, reinstall node.
    Or upgrade it. I recommend doing so through nvm.
