    I am. When I run make, yarn gives an error, saying it cannot find the file/directory 'install'

    what's the output of which yarn?
    It looks like yarn is not on your $PATH
    if it is indeed on $PATH, then you should remove yarn and reinstall it.
    Then, reinstall node.
    Or upgrade it. I recommend doing so through nvm.

    It was a version issue. I was on a much older version 0.32. I upgraded to 1.10. The build has started.

    @iantanwx I'm able to build both scilla and savant-ide now. I did have to make a change to the savant-ide/Makefile though.

    In target scilla-src:
    orig: git clone git@github.com:Zilliqa/scilla
    new: git clone https://github.com/Zilliqa/scilla.git
