I've been looking through the documentation for a few hours but haven't found anything promising yet: does Accord.Audio support resampling of audio signals?
If not, is that a feature that would be appropriate to add to Accord.Audio?
I'm investigating an alternative library for my use case (https://github.com/ar1st0crat/NWaves) but am open to trying my hand at adding resampling to Accord.Audio

Is there any intentions to migrate accord imaging to System.Drawing.Commons? I'm struggling with a standard .net core 2.0 library that uses accord for image procesing, and it dependency with CoreCompat.System.Drawing

@KapilDave

I am new in camera programming. For learning purpose I have download Accord-Framework C# source code.

Thus if we have JPG or MPEG Stream then we can easily display in Accord.Controls.VideoSourcePlayer.

But if we have FFMPEG Stream then how can we display in Accord.Controls.VideoSourcePlayer.

Please anyone can guide me?

Thanks in advance

Hello, are the following distribution possible with Accord.NET
Gumbel left skewed, Gumbel right skewed, and Weibull minimum continuous random variable?

I might be at the wrong forum - just let me know and I will be on my way. I am using Accord.Video.FFMPEG to create videos in a C# project using Bitmaps as sources. After a few videos has been created (each 5-15 minutes long, 30 fps, FHD, compressed using x264) I get an error: Out of memory. External component has thrown an exception. [libx264 @ 0767eb40] using cpu capabilities: MMX2 SSE2Fast SSSE3 SSE4.2 AVX FMA3 AVX2 LZCNT BMI2 x264 [error]: malloc of size 10891456 failed System.AccessViolationException: 'Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.' - To me it seems that when a videofilewriter is flushed, closed and disposed, something remains and after about 5-20 of these has been created (one at a time, disposed before next is created) memory slowly gets exhausted. Is there a known memory leak? Is there a method to reinitialize ffmpeg libraries or do I have to restart the application every time this happens?
Versions used: .NET Framework 4.7.2, Accord.Video.FFMPEG from Nuget Runtime version: v4.0.30319, Version: 3.8.0.0
I also had problems using this nuget package in a .NET Core solution, but got it working in .NET Framework 4.7.2... which is why I use .NET Framework for this solution right now.

@Darlanio
I guess I will check back here once per day for the next few weeks...
Stefan Alenius
@Darlanio
Switching to VideoCodec.MPEG4 made the solution stable, but bitrate needs to be increased a lot with this codec to get acceptable results... would be better if x264 would work properly.

Delay in preview of webcam, FPS drop on live preview and In video recording, video get pixelated when user select high resolution(1920 * 1080 : 60 FPS)

Issue 1: Delay in preview of webcam, FPS drop on live preview

On high resolution i am facing issue of delay in preview of webcam, FPS drop on live preview in AForge.Video.DirectShow(Version=2.2.5.0).
I am using AForge.Video.DirectShow for getting camera feed in WPF c# application. On high resolution(1920 * 1080 : 60 FPS) user can observe delay in preview of webcam. On normal resolution preview is look good. But when user select higher resolution current frame rate is drooping and user can observe delay in preview of webcam.

This is event for get camera frame and assign to picture box and calculation for get framerate.

Issue 2 video get pixelated when user select high resolution(1920 * 1080 : 60 FPS)

For video recording i have used Accord.Video.FFMPEG.VideoFileWriter(Version=3.8.0.0) package but in this video get pixelated when user select high resolution(1920 1080 : 60 FPS)
In this screen shoot we can see that its pixelated video on high resolution(1920
1080 : 60 FPS)
https://prnt.sc/26jztyk

This is normal preview from webcam where cant notice any pixelated feed on high resolution(1920 * 1080 : 60 FPS)
https://prnt.sc/26jzumb

This is button click event where I am creating VideoFileWriter object for creating video
https://prnt.sc/26jzuwv

This is callback event from AForge.Video.DirectShow library for getting each frame from webcam
https://prnt.sc/26jzv3p

Please let me know if I can overcome from this issue, Other suggestion is also welcome

Still checking here from time to time. I did find a somewhat better solution to create video from images using this tutorial. Up to now my software produced the images and saved them on a RAMdrive, then invoked ffmpeg in a console to process the images into video - this took about double the time of the length of the video and was acceptable. The software in the tutorial should be quicker, but I did not get any increased speed when I played around with it. I did however not need the RAMdrive which is great: https://swharden.com/csdv/system.drawing/video/
