didn't see this till now dude, back from russia!. I think you can enable https in the keystone.js file where the other config options are. Then I'm not sure what you're environment is like but if you're running through a vargrant box or something locally you can configure nginx the same way you normally would and give keystone the path to your key (used self signed for localhost) and the port.
but if you're running it locally just through node's http server I'm not exactly sure
obviously chrome will freak at the self signed cert but I think you can put it into your keychain on osx manually to force it to trust it
and I guess you'd need to edit your hosts file to add a domain to the ip
