hm... I'm using
SmallestMailboxPool over the actor that sends out emails to have a bunch available. That actor simply does:
Receive<Email>(email => // SMTPClient stuff here );
so I'd think it wouldn't actually finish and clean up the actor prior to that call completing.

if I want an actor to send a message to all its children, is this the best way to do it?
or is there a better way?
But in a way it's strange that not a single one heartbeat makes it through, right?
ActorSelectiongets resolved "outside" the actor
Context.GetChildren()is done in-memory, locally
Context.Children.Tell(message), but I can live with a couple extra lines of code to iterate over it.
