    @GeorgiaHCA Hello Georgia, I am trying to access the Business Requirements but the link has an error 404 • Business requirements: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/blob/GeorgiaHCA-FujitsuBusinessRequirements/project-management/platform-requirements/fujitsu-business-requirements.md
    @GeorgiaHCA has it moved?
    driscolle

    @GeorgiaHCA Ellen Devereux has sent a new meeting invite with a skype link for our Google Doc and user stories meeting
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Heya @fjThomasStanley - trying to use the link :)
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Thanks for the meeting! Was really helpful - just to let you know @fjThomasStanley I've set up a meeting between Otis and Ellen for tomorrow. Was great to catch up, and looking forward to seeing all the Google docs work on GitHub :)

    Hello everyone, after Kirstie's fantastic seminar at the CRI today, I just had to join :) Looking forward to exchanging thoughts and learning more about this awesome project. Out of curiosity, I started looking at existing projects that help people with autism navigate sensory environments. Found some nice ones on for e.g., making the visit to the dentist friendlier: https://news.usc.edu/61931/dental-visits-can-be-daunting-for-autistic-children/. A future consideration could be to curate such a list coming from the community themselves if relevant. Please feel free to ignore
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Hello Anirudh! Thank you for joining us and welcome! It's great to have you here.
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    I think a curated list of strategies is a great idea! One of the features of the platform we're building is to have a searchable list of strategies and suggestions from the community, and I think testing this feature out via a list like that would be a really useful thing to do
    I wonder if you'd be free for a Zoom chat sometime?
    Bastian Greshake Tzovaras
    @gedankenstuecke
    yeah, we thought we could schedule a zoom with @KirstieJane, @anirudh4792 and you @GeorgiaHCA! :)
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    That would be brilliant!
    fjThomasStanley
    @fjThomasStanley
    Will Fujitsu need representation in this? Myself or Chris Legg?
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/blob/master/community-recommendations/focus-groups/20191004_summary-4-October-2019.md#o-hospitals - here's some of the experience shared by the parent of someone autistic on the difference adjustments made to the experience for their autistic child.
    The first visit to the dentist sounds traumatic but it's encouraging the difference that can be made in the second trip
    Heya Thomas! Sure - if you think that would be helpful :)
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    I think in the first meeting we would mostly be focussed on how Anirudh could best be involved, so attending isn't essential, but you can if you like :)
    fjThomasStanley
    @fjThomasStanley
    @GeorgiaHCA thanks for the clarification, we should probably briefly discuss this in the Backlog Refinement / Sprint planning meetings later. At least then Chris will be in the loop to comment.
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Of course! We'll definitely be keeping you all in the loop. I think it would be great for Anirudh to get to know some of the Fujitsu team too.
    anirudh4792
    @anirudh4792
    Thanks for extending a warm welcome, Georgia :) It would be great to touch base with everyone soon.
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Hey @driscolle - I saw your email that you'd like me to review some PRs - can you tag me or send me links to the specific ones you'd like me to review for tomorrow? I have some time this evening. Thanks! Georgia
    Kirstie Whitaker
    @KirstieJane
    @GeorgiaHCA - I think @driscolle might be referring to the ones in column 6 of the project board? https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/projects/1
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Heya! Yep - I've checked these out, but I'm not sure which are the specific asks since many of them already have comments for changes?
    Kirstie Whitaker
    @KirstieJane
    :+1: Gotcha. Don't mind me!
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    :)
    anirudh4792
    @anirudh4792
    @GeorgiaHCA Thanks for sharing the updated landing page. For the most part, its already in great shape. Thanks. I am reviewing it focussing on precis writing, organization to make the doc more readable for the community and clarify how different users can contribute....
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Thanks for taking a look Anirudh, I really appreciate it - and welcome to Gitter! It's really great to have you on board!
    Kirstie Whitaker
    @KirstieJane
    Welcome @anirudh4792!! Thank you so much for your help on the README file! Brilliant to have fresh eyes on the project welcome mat 🌻🌻🌻
    anirudh4792
    @anirudh4792
    Thanks so much Kirstie – so glad to learn from and contribute what I can to this awesome project :)
    anirudh4792
    @anirudh4792
    @GeorgiaHCA I've taken a first pass at reviewing and reorganising the updated landing page content (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qfSGh9YPrToufMlQJZPIX1MSmqLAMBOscFC98lz5w3M/edit). Please feel free to add/edit/delete any content and give me pointers. Thanks.
    Would you want me to add it on github? Also, feel free to assign other tasks as well....
    Kirstie Whitaker
    @KirstieJane
    @anirudh4792 - can you open a pull request for your suggestions? If you do the PR to Georgia’s branch I can have a look at both early next week.
    Let me know if you’re not sure about the PR steps! Or if you’re not sure about markdown etc.
    Georgia
    @GeorgiaHCA
    Hey @anirudh4792 - just in case you have some time today, I'll be working on this issue: alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience#303
    There's a whole range of ways you can help with this depending on what you feel like :)
    anirudh4792
    @anirudh4792
    Sorry Kirstie – I didnt want to bother you for trivial issues and ended up missing it :( I can certainly do it now if still relevant. @GeorgiaHCA Thanks. I'll keep chipping in as and when I can, and please do keep the issues coming.
