node_modules/allcountjs/public/lib does not exist, but node_modules/allcountjs/public/assets/lib exists and it contains folders
css fonts gif js less map png scss
the less folder is empty
sass folder contains bootstrap sass files

bootstrap in node_modules/allcountjs/bower_components ?
