resoved by download the vagrant box from chrome(more or less 100 kb/s), and add it by hand with command "vagrant box add ubuntu/trusty64 ~/Downloads/trusty-server-cloudimg-amd64-vagrant-disk1.box"

We want to have a rich fat data object models to use it from ui as well as from command line
Yes we want to make it easy to contribute and develop
Sysadmins prefer command line after all ;)

yes - to ralph ng branch: https://github.com/allegro/ralph/tree/ng
you should start with making your fork of this repo, then play with django-rest-framework and at the end make pull request with your changes
