I'm somewhat confused by the whole supports section. Our suppliers have specific support on individual assets. It feels like filling in two forms for what could be a single field (in our case). We could 'abuse' the depreciation field for it but that doesn't feel right. Any thoughts?
Also, I remember seeing some example code on how to handle custom CMDB integrations but I can't seem find it anywhere anymore. I would like to look at the possibility to integrate Dell's warranty API into Ralph.
