your last instruction works (I can import file with users), but I haven't menu at the top of the page
I have on blue field only inscription "Ralph 3" and nothing else
under this menu everything is OK

It's the package that was significantly changed needs a new doc
I have already re-done the building guide but not the installation guide

tell me why in "Asset category" there is no option to import/export data?

Wouldn't it be more efficient to perform mysqldump and than import it on another DB server?
or just use the same DB server from a new instance of Ralph
