We will need a lot of plastic cups, plastic plates, napkins, soft drinks, snacks and alcohol
ok either way that shouldn’t be an issue

i meant for the day, we should make sure we take pictures and post them etc
jsut something to bear in mind

but in short we really need:

  • someone to be at the door, checking the guestlist and letting people in/making sure people who werent invited dont get in

  • someone to perhaps organise some security for our stuff (laptops, screens etc)

  • someone to print out and hand out leaflets to neighbours

  • Greg and I can handle the snacks, drinks etc (whether we order or go and collect) but we need to agree a budget (and maybe see if people want to chip in for it)

  • someone to look after the music for the night, create a spotify playlist or whatever

  • do we want decorations? probably not worth the money but just a question worth asking I guess…

  • official photographer for the day

I would be willing to volunteeer to be on constant washing up duty if it meant we didn’t have to buy any plastic plates/cups
