Hey Marco, Why did include Referenced assemblies instead of using the Microsoft CrmSdk NuGet packages for the Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.dll?

@amoedo
I wanted to build the solution to target CRM 2013 and CRM 2015. Unfortunately they have removed the Nuget package for CRM 2013
This is my main issue with Nuget packages. You are at the mercy of the package owner. Of course if you already have it, it won't remove it, but if you make it not visible it stops new projects targeting that package version.

Morning, They have NuGet packages for versions of the CrmSdk after 2011 Rollup 11. https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.CrmSdk.CoreAssemblies/5.0.17 Check out the version history of the NuGet package in the link above.
