Thanks @anacrolix , another think @elgatito mentioned was the stats for peers. The old libtorrent they used provided a figure for seeds and peers individually, which was quite useful, but we can only find what seems like an aggregate for all "peers" in https://godoc.org/github.com/anacrolix/torrent#TorrentStats - is there any easy way to get split stats?

I'm also having trouble with seeding, tried multiple torrents with NoUpload: false and Seed: true and can't seem to get it to upload anything, even after leaving it for some amount of time.
Has anyone got the upload / seeding working?
I thought it might be the speed limit as the docs say it has to be big enough to fit a while chunk, but not setting a speed limit has the same behaviour.

do you have any of the data with torrent set to seed?

Yes, download progress was 100% so whole thing was available to seed, if that's what you mean? Or is there another setting that needs to be set?

That's strange. Try with Cmd/torrent to be sure

Just given it a try, had to add in some reporting for seed amount as it was only showing download amount.
It's seeding about 16KB every 30 seconds, which explains why it wasn't detectable in the speed recordings in Quasar.
This is with a 1Gbps line and no limits set, seed=true
I'll try the torrent in another client just to be sure there are peers.

Ok, please ignore - checked in uTorrent and it's giving the same behaviour.
It's reporting loads of leachers but none that are connectable and there is no inbound connectivity here, so that is probably the issue.
I'll look further into the requirements for upnp, as it doesn't look like it's built in and Quasar will most likely be used by people behind NAT.
