Use your own signaling server, the demo one is for, well... demos only.
Or you believe that you go Skype for Web, gratis?
Amazing, right?

yup
it all worked until this morning
i have been running my app for a year
this morning, this started happening
no changes, no errors
it is happening on appear.in as well .
Its not like i am just fresh into this, I literally have no idea what happened. One day, everything was fine, today no,

From what you describe, looks like your TURN server is overloaded.

I outsource it with xirsys and its not even close ...

OR, some smart-ass firewall (from your provider?) mess with ports or packets.

Long story short, some of your computers cannot reliable connect to TURNs
Could be even some bugs in the current versions of web-browsers.
BUT, this is the thing: NOT reliable connections to TURNs
Because as you know, the computers can communicate directly only in the local (network), for everything else, they go to TURNs

actually, two of them are not communicating reliably on the local network ...

one computer will not recieve audio from specific certain other compiuter
and other computers wont recieve from other specific computers
doesnt mater what network or browser,
its been happening all day. I am completley perplexed
and it is happening with ALL webRTC apps I try

So, those computers runs Windows?

I have a feeling it may be a driver problem, because the two computers that are doing it are the same model.
they run windows .
i am testing on 4 computers 3 networks
one is a mac

Could be the firewall from antivirus or Windows, or some new introduced (miss)feature in Windows. Anti-Pupies Protection, or something...

2 are the same model, and they are the ones having issues. The mac is off somewhere else now, and the 3rd computer that is a windows computer but a different model and that one hasnt had a problem yet.
i am going to run to the local library and try on there network. Could have been the widows update i installed this morning. ! I ll get back to you when i know whats up.

So, it all seems to work now, not sure what the error was or why . I was in appr.tc with the computers experiencing the problems. I paused the video mid call. then started the video again. Then all of a sudden, the audio worked... No idea why, or what changed. ...
If anyone can replicate this error so I can avoid it in the future. I would love to know. I dont want my clients to be stuck without audio even though its not hard to fix aparently. I have no idea how it started, or why. I feel like an idiot today.

Hey guys, i'm trying to setup simpleWebRTC, i have added the html elements as stated on their page, added the javascript, but all which is displayed on the site is my local webcam, and when i inspect the code no remote video elements are added, any pointers?
I'm using socket.io to emit a room name when a socket.io event is emited on chat start.
It seems like the peer(the one waiting for a connection by another never reaches the readyToCall event/state
