I've created my own SSL certs locally and uploaded them in a folder to Heroku, but I still get GET https://localhost:3000/socket.io/?EIO=3&transport=polling&t=1513154406176-2 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

@gazpachu I'm not much of an expert in Heroku, but don't you need to enable ssl in some config like you would normally?

in the heroku app settings, there's a line that says SSL Upgrade to paid dynos to configure Heroku SSL
but the app runs fine in https, so I'm not sure
