@bluethefish the docs only have animations for the navigation controller. I mean for the tabs.
@ankitpachori it usually means there's some undefined token in your HTML or a tag left open
@bluethefish I don't see why you'd need promises for localstorage getters. Localstorage get and set are synchronous

Hey all, does anyone have the ionic beta12 bits (with ngmodule support) working? I'd like to get the app-base to actually compile https://github.com/driftyco/ionic2-app-base/tree/feature/beta.12 just wanting to get a head start on the beta11 to 12 migration :) Am I completely insane?

Currently I don't think it can work as yet. The team hasn't transitioned to ngModule. Currently in my apps i'm using older versions of external dependencies to make everything work

That feature branch has ngModule support at least on face value: https://github.com/driftyco/ionic2-app-base/blob/feature/beta.12/src/app/ng-module.ts
This is the Ionic cli build branch that looks like it supports rc6 https://github.com/driftyco/ionic/tree/ngmodule-build
just struggling to put everything together with npm link etc to get it to discover all the npm modules and compile, thought someone might have solved this already :S I know its a longshot :)

Hi all,

I am struggling about playing video in ionic2 app.

====>For this html tag :

<ion-content>
<div class="modal transparent fullscreen-player" ng-click="closeModal()">
<video src='build/vid/airplane.mp4' type='video/mp4' class="centerme" controls="controls" autoplay></video>
</div>
</ion-content>
====>I got the following error :
E/FileSource( 195): Failed to open file '/android_asset/www/build/vid/airplane.mp4'. (No such file or directory)

I've also tried with these links but any works.
src='file:///android_asset/www/build/vid/airplane.mp4'
src='file:///www/build/vid/airplane.mp4'

Even adding cordova-plugin-crosswalk-webview, it doesn't work.

Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, I am trying to use a Modal in ionic2 but I seem to get this error, "ionic-angular has no exported member 'ModalController'"
Anybody knows a solution to this?
