I’m saying if you know angular you may be able to help solve an ionic issue

has anyone used features modules and are they recommend for an ionic project?
Zurie

what is that?
do you mean make a module.ts file for each feature? etc
you can use them or not use them. They help with building bundles for lazyloading and also allow your application to have structure, but because your ionic app is downloaded all in 1 shot there isn't a huge need for lazyloading, but it doesn't hurt to use modules if you wanted to better organize your project or you wanted to have some custom providers etc.

yes
so I wated to make an auth module
and put the components and services in there
but does ionic need to go that far?
I am going to try it in my next project
should it be per page?
it just feels becuase of the current cli and set up that ionic doesnt seem to fit theat schema

Yes that is true it is not natural to ionic
but you could setup your project this way, you could have a look at the angular ngrx example app

I am looking at one on udemy
and it looks great
I am just wanting to confirm
cause I understand auth and that module
the module should be based on all the group of logic specific to that section

This way you dont need a folder per page but per feature so auth gets one folder but it can have more pages like login and register for example

ok so take the pages out of the pages modules and move them into teh module gotcha
this seems way mopre scalable
