Need a little help with background mode
Ive installed the module and have enabled it when logged in. In console it is giving an error saying ::: Native: tried calling BackgroundMode.unlock, but the BackgroundMode plugin is not installed.

Install the BackgroundMode plugin: 'ionic cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-background-mode'

Cordova plug-ins don’t work in the simulator. You are testing on a live device ?

Hi ! Is it (easily) possible to create a Ionic project from an existing Angular project (frameworks versions are matching)
thank you :)

depends what you consider easy, does easy mean fast? or does easy mean easy, but slow? Your first question might be - do you need to, e.g can you just use phonegap/cordova to compile it, rather than putting into ionic.

ionic uses angular as a structure - so unless your existing project structure matches, then no you cant just use it.

But yes, if you spend enough time you can migrate your code base, shouldnt be anything to "hard" - but cant imagine will be fast
