@SirukakSosta You can attach the tags list to each activity, when mobile is back online, send these 'n' no of activities (with x(n) no of tags attached to each) to your node api. It should be the node APIs job to parse the request object correctly, that is for each tag attached to each activity in the request object, check if tag exists already in DB, create a new record for that tag if it not exists and fetch its tag ID, if it exists then get back its tag ID.
