i really dont want to use localStorage or sessionStorage. is there any way it can be handled without using those? nd i just use my normal scope or rootScope values

if you're not using the router, and the page truly navigates away, there's no way to keep your data
unless you save it in some sort of persistent storage
localStorage is a great way to store short-term data
it shouldn't be a substitute for a database

@boyfunky use firebase to save all your data, it's bloody sweet. But you need very carefully for security rule.

Hello everybody :) I have some trouble by using the router with Dart
Impossible to use a child router and to load a specific component from an entered URL.
I always have this kind of error: Could not find asset web/welcome in package

I'm working on https://github.com/meanjs/mean. I have a question after cloning MEANjs. Do I need to type ng-app to get Angular to start working, or is that already included? I'm trying to figure out why ng-model isn't working on my view in core.

ng-app is not required
its bootstrapped
adding it will cause error

not bound properly via vm. or $scope in controller?
Blake Danson
@truthstands
Mar 22 2016 23:52
that's probably the problem. I'm just learning angular. so I tried doing everything in the view first to test it
will that cause issues?
