jesse snyder
@steezeburger

anyone have problems with adding lots of content inside md-content? it crashes ie if enough elements are added. maybe something with calculating scroll height? it does a lot of buggy resizing as well
http://codepen.io/anon/pen/ojxjBd you can test by going here in ie10 and adding quite a few recipients
jesse snyder
@steezeburger
looks like its something to do with flex constantly calculating height for scrollable content in ie?
faraazc
@faraazc
is there any ionic integration?
Dave Ackerman
@dmackerman
@steezeburger: haven’t seen that, we put a ton of stuff in content - though we don’t care about IE 10 ;)

I have uploaded the CSS ,but it is not showing color
forget color , how I will get that bottom left border , that is the main issue and even in middle the borders do not align themselves when the page is checked for responsiveness and viewed on a tablet
Patrick Finkbeiner

hi
i am new to material angular and want to use in a structured manner
is yeoman a good choice?
angular material*
Tally Barak
@Tallyb
@dynamicsingh I would recommend the gulp-angular https://github.com/Swiip/generator-gulp-angular on yeoman. One of the best scaffolding, but than it is a personal opinion.... Choose the angular material option there.

Hi, i need to integrate angular 2 with angular material, anyone knows the topic?
Michael Prentice
@Splaktar
Angular Material is working on a separate version for Angular2
Julien Renaux
@shprink
@dynamicsingh do not use yeoman
it uses bower which is a terrible idea
If you want to migrate your angular 1.x to 2.x one day you will need to use CommonJS modules
I suggest you start now
Here is a good boilerplate

Hi does any one knows how to call a variable inside a controller to style (for ng-style) in angular ?
Here is my code
    app.factory('aspectratio', function() {
    return {
        name : 'anonymous'
    };
});
/*global angular*/
angular.module('Dhanax').controller('SideSliderController', ['$scope','$sce',function($scope, $sce)
{
    var app = angular.module('resizeApp', []);//This app will be used with ng-app in index.handlebars

    function AppController($scope)//This controller will be used with ng-controller in index.handlebars
    {
        $scope.Height = $(window).height();
        $scope.Width = $(window).width();
        var browserheight = angular.element($scope.Height);
        var browserwidth = angular.element($scope.Width);
        var    ratio=(browserheight/browserwidth);
         return ratio;
    }

    app.directive('resize', function ($window)
    {
        return function (scope, element)
        {
            var newwindowsize = angular.element($window);
            scope.getWindowDimensions = function ()
            {
                return {'newheight': newwindowsize.height(),'newwidth': newwindowsize.width()};
            };
            scope.$watch(scope.getWindowDimensions, function (newValue, oldValue)
            {
                scope.windowHeight = newValue.newheight;
                $scope.style = function ()//this function will be used with ng-style in index.handlebars
                {
                    return{'height': (newValue.newheight) + 'px','width': (newValue.newheight*ratio) + 'px'};
                };
            }, true);
            newwindowsize.bind('resize', function ()
            {
                scope.$apply();
            });
        };
    });
}
]);
problem is i am getting error in $scope.style = function () that ratio is not defined define it as /*global*/

Hey All, looking for some assistance getting animations working. Been following the issues on Github related to animations working with Angular 1.3 but not 1.4, etc. Apparently, they have all been resolved now, but not for me. I am running Angular 1.4.6 and Angular Material 0.11.0 and none of the animations work (Sidebar, FAB button). FYI - when the sidebar is opened, I don't see a shaded backdrop either.
Paul Bailey
@pizzapanther
@adilogin15 it looks like you are not putting ratio on your scope and passing it into your directive. Once it is on the controller scope, you could have the directive use that scope or pass it in via an attribute using an isolated scope.
@chrismbeckett sounds like maybe you're missing the material CSS and including ngAnimate as a module dependency
like so:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="bower/angular-material/angular-material.min.css">
...
<script src="bower/angular-animate/angular-animate.min.js"></script>
<script>
var mymod = angular.module('myMod', ['ngAnimate', 'ngMaterial', 'ngRoute', ... ]);
</script>
Chris Beckett
@chrismbeckett
@pizzapanther It looks like angular-animate is included as a depedency with angular-material. There is no mention in the docs that you need to install angular-animate seperately. Are you sure this is required? I have the CSS included. Everything else about Angular Material is working as expected, and the sidebar shows and collapses correctly, just no animation.
