Just looked (haven’t investigated) but I doubt it’s in order of content size. If that was the case, the order would be 1,4,3,2 or 4,1,3,2 (assuming ascending order is used)
Alex
@atodicebear
But putting the code from label 2 in label 4 puts them in the right order 1/2/3/4.
Setting id's is no solution.
And in the Other Examples or Documentation i cant find anything to set them in my own order.
Daron Jones
@Wuntenn
You have a couple unclosed divs - Look at the form in the first md-tab. You didn’t add closing divs. I’m not sure if you cut and pasted the tabs also. But the browser will close them for you using some best guess algorithm. Thats why is almost looks correct but not.
I closed them and it moved the order and made two tabs disappear. Look into it :D
Alex
@atodicebear
Ok will check this out now. Yeah i copied the md tabs then just deleted the example conten and put mine there.
Alex
@atodicebear
Ok seems you were Right some <divs> were not closed. Thx

Hi All. I have a multiple md-select and a table. Now I am iterating over list of objects. I have to hide/unhide columns in the table based on the selection in the md-select. How can I achieve this? I am using ng-if to hide/unhide the columns but the problem is that upon the selection of any other option from me-select all the columns dissapear. Though it works when only one option is selected.

spring-cloud/spring-cloud-netflix#1194 someone know this ?
Daron Jones
@Wuntenn
@tinker20 I had problems with the fab speed dial whilst trying to use ng-show/ng-hide within it to alter the menu. Your problem sounds similar. Try using ng-switch inside to show and hide elements instead of ng-show/ng-hide/ng-if. ng-switch doesn’t render elements that aren’t shown so you don’t get this kind of conflict.
Sayan Bhattacharya
@tinker20
@Wuntenn Wil give ng-switch a try. But as far as I know ng-switch display’s a div based on a condition and hides other divs not satisfying the condition. After selection I want to display the column and then only after deselection of the option from md-select I want to hide that particular column.

hey guys! do event listeners like scroll event listenener and so on makes the website slower? should i care about it to have one event listener for scrolling? or can i have two or 3 scrolling event listeners on my web.app'?
Manuel Pacheco
@ShadowManu
Those high firing event listeners should be light, and by light I mean they should have very restrictive ifs (with fast-to-calculate booleans), so they really don't run. Another thing is to throttle down (people call it debounce) the time intervals you will actually run the core of your listener.

Hey. I am just wondering what Angular material is using to publish npm packages. Specifically I am interested in the tooling used to inline css and html. I can do this using webpack, but curious if there are alternatives. Offline compiler is another option, but it doesn't work for ngUpgrade since it doesn't actually use the offline compiled template when it's converted to an A1 directive. Talking about material for angular 2.0
Justin Stone
@jpstone
@thelgevold check how material-ui does it...they also have an ongoing discussion about it... callemall/material-ui#4066

Hi! it's possible to have an responsive horital nav because the doc don't talk about responsive I'm a bit disappointed because in Ionic Component it's really easy. 2 hours I tried to make a simple nav
Torgeir Helgevold
@thelgevold
I think my question was a bit ambiguous. I am not actually talking about inline style vs css. My question is related to inlining templates or css files into the generated javascript. Turning the external files into executable javascript to avoid extra file requests at runtime.

how to reduce margin or padding or whatever in elements like card etc in material-AngularJS- Somebody help
Hamid
@hamidyfine
Hi ~ I have form in my code, when user complete the form and click "Add" button, the data inserted to the array I created in controller. then I use ng-repeat to show the items in the list below the form. This action happened in the same time and in the same page. When items added to the array (and also to the list), each item has two option, delete and edit. When user click on the edit button, the data shown up in the form and user can edit it. Now, I have two problem. 1. I want to add class for (for example) 3 seconds to the latest entered item. I used $last but it has a problem, which when I delete the last one, It give the class to the last item before deleted one and I don't want this. 2. I want to add class to the item which user click on its edit button. How can I do these things?? Thanks
@bishal1995 In material-angular, every elements has its own padding or margin, and it's not global variables. You should change it manully on every element that you want, for example, for Card elements, You can overwrite padding of md-card md-card-title in your own stylesheets.

I'm using the md-nav-bar, but I have more nav-items than there is space for on smaller devices. How do I make the nav-bar scrollable?
Manuel Pacheco
@ShadowManu
@toddler, its css at the end, you could overwrite them with css rules
@hamidyfine maybe you may give a look at either angular animate, lifecycle events, or a handmade functionality based on setTimeout. For the edit thing, depends on how you have structured your components (but you mentioned controller, so may god forgive you), but rough guidelines I just mentioned should also do the trick.

What version of node should I use to run gulp build within the project source? I am getting and error with node-sass which usually always happens to me whenever I have the incorrect version of node.
