    @imran233113 got a question?

    I'm

    Hi there
    When I try to use Regex.init("^Hello.World$") , xcode prints "Expected member name or constructor call after type name"
    What can I do?
    Ankur Patel
    @ankurp
    @matthiasbruns There are two issues. I forgot to make the initializer public so let me do that but you can do that as well by opening the Regex.swift file. Then try Regex("^Hello.World$") without .init
    Ankur Patel
    @ankurp
    Just updated master to have a public initializer. So if you update the submodule to latest from master you should be able to create a regex instance using Regex("^Hello.World$")

    Thanks man - since I just just learning iOS development and swift, I had no idea how to fix that :D

    Looks like a great asset for Swift programmers but alas - I've tried everything and I get 1 error and it does not work for me. It is weird as there is not message with the error. After trying to run it I get the red error but nothing under the triangle icon

    Hi all, nice to meet you
    Ankur Patel
    @ankurp
    @JohnWA can you try updating your repo to the latest code from master. There was a bug in Cent project failing for not code signing unit test module.

    total ios/swift newb: if I want to use dollar with other types, like JSON, how would i do that?

    I have AllOrganizacionUIView class, I used UISearchBarDelegate delegate, on workink

    class AllOrganizacionUIView: UIView , UISearchBarDelegate {

    @IBOutlet var SearchBar: UISearchBar!
    var searchActive : Bool = false
    func searchBarTextDidBeginEditing(searchBar: UISearchBar) {
    searchActive = true;
    }

    func searchBarTextDidEndEditing(searchBar: UISearchBar) {
    searchActive = false;
    }

    func searchBarCancelButtonClicked(searchBar: UISearchBar) {
    searchActive = false;
    }

    func searchBarSearchButtonClicked(searchBar: UISearchBar) {
    searchActive = false;
    aa.SearchBar.endEditing(true)
    print("hajox")
    }

    }
    I Have use UISearchBarDelegate delegate in ViewController class,

    class ViewController: UIViewController{
    @IBOutlet var SearchBar: UISearchBar!
    // not working
    func searchBarShouldBeginEditing(searchBar: UISearchBar) -> Bool {
    self.CircleImageView_3.image = UIImage(named: "FullCircle")
    self.CircleImageView_2.image = UIImage(named: "Circle")
    self.CircleImageView_1.image = UIImage(named: "Circle")
    self.mMainCategory.hidden = true
    self.mAllCategores.hidden = true
    self.mAllOrganizations.hidden = false
    self.FooterViewController.text = "Основные категории"

        return true
    }

    }

    I'm trying to use the String extensions in Dollar and Cent. No luck. Are these still part of the Dollar library? Here's an example (that fails):

    '//Get string without leading or trailing spaces
    let spaces = " Hello, Linda "
    var str = spaces.strip()'

    @juegas can you share more details on how you are using the framework. Are you using it as submodule, carthage dependency or cocoapods dependency?

    FYI looks like Cent version >= 7 does not work on Linux, I'm getting: error: use of undeclared type 'RegularExpression'
    Alejandro Ravasio
    @aravasio
    Is there documentation for when its advisable to use Dollar vs using Cent?
    Overuse of Extensions can generate a build-time overhead, but other than that I'm failing to see a difference. Is Cent a more limited set of tools?

    swift package update stalls as soon as I add .package(url: "https://github.com/ankurp/Dollar", from: "9.0.0"), to the project. CPU is >90% but nothing happens in terminal. Some ideas?
