@lye is there a way to expose what vendors are selling. Like the guild Trader, that changes daily

IIRC there's a request for that somewhere
also believe the answer is "It's complicated"

@tivac at least it's not "it's on the table"
arenanet/api-cdi#235 is the vendor issue and has links to forum threads with more discussion.

thanks
I've actually wobbled a bit on my "IT'S IMPOSSIBLE" opinion and think there might be a way to expose vendor data but it's still kind of a mess.

What is the top priority (API wise) right now?
drinking coffee mostly
this sprint is mostly a bugfixing sprint I think

but those are vendors in general.

but the guild trader and those pact commander vendor, aren't those on a rotation that would be pulled out of somewhere?

I didn't lay out any big features to work on, so I'm just going throughthe bugs in the backlog

it's all going to be pulled out of somewhere
"somewhere" being the massive piles of XML that define all the GW2 game content

One of our applications at work uses a lot of XML and XSL.
I think the pact mastery vendors might actually have random goods
or the flag is totally misnamed, I need to read the code that uses it

I guess it's two standard items plus a random
I don't think I've ever visited one
For me personally the two things I'd like to see next on the API are the guild team game history and leaderboard standings.
