any friday 5pm pushes today?
hmm maybe
might push the guild leader bits to /v2/account

hehe
@lye may i ask politely about the status of #62? :D
yes you may
(won't be able to get to it until after wvw/pvp stuff)
man 2015

Dec 02 2016 20:01
hehe
the geojson bits are quite simple - it'd be jsut transforming the current response, but i guess you can do that in a simpler way on server side

:fire:
yeah, but I'm totally unfamiliar with the format
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 20:04
there is not much of a format anyway
some raw before/after JSON examples would really help
because i am stupid
that's all about it
yeah but that's a transform rather than before/after

@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 20:06
these 2 classes are just creating the basic JSON feature collection
and each feature has a properties object which can hold any data
ugh the docs http://geojson.org/
"RTFRFC"
man even the RFC is super light on details
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 20:31
yep
the implementation is actually pretty simple and supported by gmaps and leaflet and both of them are pretty bulletproof
I'll look into adding /v2/geojson/{continents,floors,regions,maps} next week provided nothing explodes in my face

tell the engine when your statement ends, otherwise it has to guess and you have to remember extra stupid rules
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 20:52
not to mention: keep the code readable
is it a line break or did the statement now end?

@queicherius When does the gw2e raffle roll into the next day?
I would guess midnight GMT+1
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 21:00
ah @lye, would the 5pm push also fix the region/map label_coords?
no, the map label_coords got rolled back a month ago, so it has to go through the entire release process
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 21:01
ew
the accessor function segfaults under certain conditions :D
smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 21:01
so i might want to roll back the implementaiton
oh :D
eh it'll be available next month I think

@Eearslya midnight UTC
I think JS without semicolons is ok if you have a hard-enforced codestyle that supports it. whatever you do, don't soemtimes do semicolons and sometimes dont. that's just not pretty. :D

David Reeß
@queicherius
Dec 02 2016 21:20
@windwarrior I know what it definitely should do, is raising linting errors XD
I had a codebase once where instead of removing code (good!) or commenting out code (meh), they just put unused* code after return statements

Archomeda

Dec 02 2016 21:26
it's because of the no-semicolon possibility that you have to use brackets if you want to use multiline...

brb, testing again
hmm, ok, seems to work
so only #334 :D

btw. can't confirm #393
the only thing i miss about the mastery points is their actual names
ah, wait - this is weird
lemme see

smiley
@codemasher
Dec 02 2016 22:28
oh, thanks for the hint
is there already an issue for the mastery point names or is it somehow not possible to expose these?
I'm ... not sure mastery points have names
they have corresponding achievements, but not names IIRC
windwarrior
@windwarrior
Dec 02 2016 23:02
strongboxes have names
I think also ingame
and the normal 'green mastery point on your map' have achievements in the HoT->mastery insight category
I think the gadget you interact with has a name :<
windwarrior
@windwarrior
Dec 02 2016 23:17
yeah that
but just link mastery points to their achievements
then we can get the name if we want to right?
