I'll look into adding /v2/geojson/{continents,floors,regions,maps} next week provided nothing explodes in my face

this would be a great place to add event data without touching /v2/floors -> #61

I need to check to see whether events are still whitelisting properly
there's no sane way to enumerate the events on a map without a whitelist :(

not thinking about implementation details or difficulties

(also being a huge $$$ number 1 means they get to do stuff that no one else does)
