I thought they were for the height levels on the minimap
where you have upper/lower/etc but honestly they don't make much sense to me
from what i get from it's structure i get a floor is the whole map including all its ground layers
like underground parts etc

it may have been wedged for awhile and no one noticed
(mostly coincidence bc i usually do map stuff when you update tiles :D)
sometimes it takes a couple minutes for the tiles to get across the pond
the tiles use S3 tho
