with regards to the raid end-point, it may also be of interest to include the encounters between the bosses such as Spirit Run and Twisted Castle, since those also have their own flags for where you start when you enter the raid.

Anything with an encounter flag should get something on the endpoint exposure.

is it just me, or when you refresh the browser, the panel on the right with the recent git changes appears, then it blanks out
nvm purged cache. ><

raids have more save points @lye
it would be great if you could also expose whether we have done that pesky twisted castle/spirit event

when you query the API for items on an account, does it distinguish between equipped/in inventory?
darthmaim
@darthmaim

you can only query for individual characters, and there you have /v2/characters/:id/inventory and /v2/characters/:id/equipment
the account endpoint only has the shared inventory and bank

i see
thanks.
@windwarrior @Darqam sure thing; I pulled those progress ids when I originally looked up all the raid data and have 'em commented out.
I'll uncomment them.
also I'm not sure I can get that endpoint done for the next release; realized too late that my progress bit pulling functions only (currently) handle permanent progress -- not weekly/daily progress bits.

I imagine little lye-codes in all anet services exposing new frontends "because the API needed it"
nah my kingdom has well-defined walls
since most of our backend architecture is micro-services, I've got a handful of servers that I've basically taken over

I'm actually surprised to hear it will be out so soon, that's great to hear
it's actually a really straightforward feature since I can pull out arbitrary progress bits from player accounts
I don't remember what I needed that for anymore, but I had to add it at some point
so I can just ask whether your account has weekly bit 5593 set, and if so you've got the twisted castle or whatever done this week

sounds simple enough
windwarrior

sounds like you needed that for total daily ap or so
actually daily AP is stored in a field on the account blob called "daily_ap"
lemme just grep the code to see what calls "GetPlayerProgress"
...finishers apparently
and the commander tag

Ok, the node thread comment gives me hope. I know you can't talk scheduling, but are you expecting other low hanging fruit to go out at the same time? /v2/mail /v2/gliders or similar...
(not that I can say those are low hanging, they just seem like it from here)
/v2/mail is ... kind of complicated because of how mail works

mailcarrier, not mail . My bad.
basically mail is stored in your account blob -- but the account blob can only be written to by map instance servers when
oh
yeah I should do those next

Yeah. Actual mail would be much higher =)
need to write the PRs for raid/dungeons, then going to do home instance adds, then I can do gliders and mail carriers

On the instance node front, still surprised we haven't seen the Noxious Pod hit our home instance yet.

i would love that, daily crystalline ore
i'm too lazy to do DS
plus, DS is a pain if you don't want to sit for an hour straight

also, are there really 5593+ bits, or is that just a number you came up with? :P
uhh
the bit indexes are different per branch, but on the feature branch I'm working on Xera's weekly reward bit is 7321
