I'm sure none of you made the same mistake I did, but apparently leaflet has a "bounds" option for tile layers which prevents trying to call tiles outside of the bounds.
also finished off https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/API:Maps as well as I can

I wonder how many hits you get for maps trying to call tiles that don't exist
... also could use bounds to show different layers for different parts of the map.

How does SAB work, do you get access to a zone in all difficulties if you complete it in tribulation or is it just the difficulty (or is this completion values, and not access)

i honestly don't know how it works cross-mode
@queicherius completing a zone awards progress for the current and all lower difficulties
so if you complete w1z1 on trib mode you get completion for all three modes

yeah so they're stored as type=bit, value=true rather than type=bitarray, value=101010111011101
or for songs, rather than type=bitarray, value=111
it saves 2 bits

suppose you have 111 which is stored as true instead, what if a 4th bit is added later? is it auto-converted back to 1110?

it's actually really annoying because with the devtools you can't unset individual bits
you have to clear the entire progress record and set individual bits again

i'm actually glossing over some minor things
because a progress record can be compacted to "all bits are set" before all bits are set
if the number of bits set is equal to or exceeds a per-record "completed" count
which may or may not equal the total number of bits
for example the sab song progress record has 5 bits but a completed count of 3
so if you unlock any 3 bits it gets compacted and all bits are considered unlocked

seeing as how the ids are laid out

to be fair a lot of the stuff was probably half-implemented and scrapped as SAB was developed
you'd have to ask josh foreman what anything means

it does look too convenient though
id 31 + 32 are health vessels, 34 is a different one
33 should probably have been another one, since we still have 1 heart locked after unlocking the other 2 health vessels
24+25 = bauble bag upgrades, 26 = empty, 27 = a different unlock; we can only hold 750 baubles, 26 would probably raise it to 999
but hey, that's just my interpretation :smile:
in which case if this were true, a lot of thoughts went into this tbh
anyway, thanks for this endpoint; i'm hoping to include this in my discord bot ^^
