Skills that tether players together now apply Revealed to provide a stronger window of opportunity to players who can successfully land them. Skills and traits that previously granted pulsing stability now grant a block of stability up front in order better allow for counterplay through boon removal. Finally, we are increasing the casting time of many skills that apply effects like daze or stun in order to give the player on the receiving end of these skills time to react and defend.

/v2/build is a different backend server
(and should be more up-to-date)
(it uses the event log reading server)

The problem is that the dat reading servers are configured to overlap ... 30 minutes I think?
Because the new ones aren't able to service requests until around then (since they have to patch).
And there's really no way to tell the old ones to shut down when the new ones come available
It's not a use-case at all for our microservice framework -- the framework expects that you can service requests when you start up

So I'm looking at .../green/top/kills right now, I see my guild on there (we're currently blue), and it shows kills.blue as 319, so that means we've killed green 319 times?

It's kind of interesting, because we had one guy who didn't catch the transfer and he got a couple kills/deaths on red there.
The bug is that this is telling me who killed green the most, rather than who green killed the most isn't it?
for kills, it's showing you which shard you were on when you killed
I believe.
you can pull the raw data from /v2/wvw/matches/stats/:matchid/guilds/:guildid

For example, my guild is on blue, I'm looking at the green end point, and my guild is in the #10 spot with 319 "blue" kills.
There's a bug where it's overwriting the victim shard with the killer shard
(and killer shard with victim shard on deaths)

should be, with the caveat that it only counts kills that award warscore
I ... I'm pretty sure all of them do, regardless of bloodlust status
(in my test env no one has bloodlust because I'm only running ebg)

Yeah, they killed the niche with the boon duration changes.
And I don't see the condi buffs this patch helping it any in raids at all.
Though my pvp build is happy to see them.
Which is sad, I play rev everywhere except in raids where I go mesmer.
@queicherius I think I tracked down the /v2/guild/:id/teams issue.
Apparently at some point we decided that encoding team member GUIDs as strings was too much space
So we switched to encode them as base64'd binary GUIDs

top/kills returns the top 10 sorted by total kills omitting the team, e.g. teams/red/top/kills sorts by kills.blue + kills.green
top/kdr does the same thing, except computes a wilson score from the kills+deaths excepting the selected team

the /top/ endpoints basically do [..].sort(fn).slice(0, 10), so they'll return the entire result set if there's < 10 guilds

NPCs have a "species" and the species has a list of things that can be stolen from it
players are handled in a different way

I don't believe NPCs have assigned professions, per se, but there may be species that kind of correspond to professions? if only in spirit
like "bandit thief species" has nothing to do with the thief profession, but is kind of like the thief profession

yeah I wasn't expecting it to match for species, I just thought this might tag into an assigned class to NPCs (if there was one) since some foes seems to have ranger only skills, or ele only skills, etc.
so species have a main/offhand weapon equipped; the item has a skill palette (the same way that player weapons do) which provides skills that the species can use
skill palettes can narrow down by profession, but NPCs all have PROFESSION_TYPE_MONSTER, so there's no discerning that way
if an NPC equipped a player weapon they wouldn't be able to use any skills from it because all player palette skills are restricted by profession
interestingly, if a player equipped a monster weapon they'd be able to use the skills (since most monster weapons have "any" for the skills' profession restrictions)
this is mostly how bundles work
a good example is, the rock bundle
it's got a single palette entry (the 1 skill) which has two skills: one default skill usable by any profession, and an elementalist-only profession one

the elementalist-only one is listed first, so it's used instead of the default by elementalists

the floors fix might mean that markers previously duplicated between floors appear only in one floor for an entire map.
um did you delete the upper divinity's reach :D

Fixed an issue with single-use Captain’s Airship Passes that caused certain friendly characters in Gendarran Fields to turn hostile.

not directly related to gendarran, but this makes me remember when i was killing npcs in fields of ruin because of the whole turn into an anomaly stuff
