the problem was that I was thinking the 'activate' event gets called everytime the serviceworker gets started (https://github.com/darthmaim/gw2builds/blob/master/assets/js/serviceworker/gw2.js#L75)

/v2/professions/Elementalist is also missing weapons.Focus
and dagger is missing the offhand flag

yes, all skills 3, 4 and 5 of every weapon are missing (except warhorn since that's a tempest weapon)
which seems to further suggest it's related to the weaver
lol the backend server is very aggressively filtering out details for unreleased stuff
the skill palettes for those weapons are probably referencing weaver so they're probably being hidden
if we do a beta weekend or something I can flip on those specializations in the API
