also, i noticed that the apostrophes are not appearing consistently, sometimes 2 presses get 2, sometimes 1 press gets 2, sometimes 6 presses get 2 :P

i watched the events from discord, and basically the events should be:

but... taco is completely messing up the order of these events for some reason
it's doing this when there should have been a dead key first:

oddly enough, on the 2 WM_CHAR events, it doesn't do anything in GW2; but it puts out 2 ' on the WM_DEADCHAR events
and i can't seem to hook to GW2's events :/
btw, does taco have an transparent overlay on top of gw2 by any chance?

at this point I would argue to add all new elite specs to the API, tooltips are already in the game and have all been posted to reddit. There is no spoiling that one anymore :')

I'm talking about the dat file content, since they are displayed ingame they should be in the dat as well :D

the mesmer elite spec has "You can wield axes in your mainhand", the guardians just "You can wield axes". But guardian can't offhand axes...

one of +150, and one of +225
ingame says +225 is the correct one, and the +150 isn't even there
