@Darqam value of 0 implies NoSell, so I think the designers just stopped checking the checkbox
IIRC value of 0 doesn't prevent selling on the TP though (or something wonky like that)
or it half-prevents trading or something I don't remember
the whole implicit/explicit mixup confuses me and probably everyone else

speaking of data not on the server - I know there isn't an API endpoint of it, but is there a concrete list of world portals? (asura gates, zone edges, etc.)

pretty sure those tiles just render black boxes
the per-zoom parchment gets generated by a tool that I don't understand
(and it's the same tool that encodes prop placement into binary map files and stuff so I'm not gonna change it)

Map pyramidization sucks. I did it with NASA's Blue Marble NG (https://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=74218) once, but I at least had the advantage of the world not changing. Can we get you a 'Hang in there Tybalt!' poster or something?
