@windwarrior I work at a company that builds restful API's and while swagger can be considered "effort" by some with more "bespokier" solutions it is actually relatively simple to implement. Personally I find making use of WADL even simpler then swagger as in most cases it pulls bare minimum information for the code which is enough for most people to use :) Software applications like postman and ready!api speed up people's ability to consume the api's and this further enables deeper discussion
I know you just linked me to a prior conversation so I thought I would direct my message at you but I would love to have a conversation about incorporating wadl and any thoughts surrounding that :)

I just linked the convo indeed. Since API development has slowed down and is currently being picked up again, it might also not be the best time tho, a GH issue may be the best way to record your argument for future discussion ^^

Is there anyway to pull events atm from the API? Only things I find are disabled or unimplements.... unless I'm blind af
oh event_details
I feel like that's not a complete list though, is it?
stuff appears in the whitelist queue for it, so it should be fairly complete

We all want our special snowflakes ;)
I know not much can be done by me but I have been intrigued by this api for some time and would love to help improve it :) What language is it developed in? Is it being hosted with an application server? I have worked with Java predominately and Glassfish/Wildfly application servers.
I also teach and train api best practices (and testing of api's) at my work place
so its something close to my heart :)
In fact I have even partially built the api in the testing tool I make use of (Ready!Api) to better work with it
A wadl makes this process automatic :)
@windwarrior, I may just make a GH issue. Great suggestion. I just don't want to make one unnecessarily so thought I would get more information so it is completely on point.
