These are chat archives for arenanet/api-cdi
react-virtualized, so you dont have to render 1000+ items when the user keeps scrolling down, instead it only renders the 3-5 in the viewport but simulates it as if it was one big list.
I'm not exactly new to working with the API, but when it comes to using API Keys, I'm running into some basic issues.
To access the data on a given account, you need an API key, that I get. I use GW2Efficiency, etc., but the wiki has the following listed (using dyes as an example):
Authorization: Bearer <API key>
Could someone please tell me the following, just to help me clarify:
1) is the line break just formatting? Or is the initial URL expecting a second input?
2) is the word "Bearer" part of the URL, or is it actually supposed to be <Bearer> where you enter something like the account name?
it's odd, i think it's using these stats:
Heya, I've been taking a look at the bringer's and giver's weapons that we are able to craft as of the Wintersday 2017 updates. There are quite a few instances where the item names, and in some cases item skins, are inconsistent with other recipes using similar inscriptions.
From the API, https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=86589,38321
- The Giver's prefix is Major Toughness, Minor Healing, Minor Expertise.
- The Bringer's prefix is Major Expertise, Minor Precision, Minor Vitality.
