@werdes I'd use both MF recipes and vendors (if it outputs in JSON or something)
I'm playing with the ELK stack, since my current logging approach is weird at best and completely broken at worst

so from wiki i got 1066 vendors
and processing the {{inventory}} template is even more of a chore than the regular category thingy

"ELK" is the acronym for three open source projects: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana. Elasticsearch is a search and analytics engine. Logstash is a server‑side data processing pipeline that ingests data from multiple sources simultaneously, transforms it, and then sends it to a "stash" like Elasticsearch. Kibana lets users visualize data with charts and graphs in Elasticsearch.

I think it might also got renamed to Elastic Stack, at least going by that Site, altough i'm not sure.

it's not adapted to anything from the api, just raw parsed from the wiki

~5 minutes
page crawling is about 1 minute, 3-4 minutes regex wizardry

Hey, I've started messing with the API this weekend and I'm looking for uptodate documentation about the rate limit. I've read the old forum threads but I'm wondering if they are still uptodate. My current impression is, that the limit is 600 calls per IP per minute (regardless of the called endpoint). Is this assumption correct?

@TheMrMilchmann Yes, that is correct. If you require more you can get added to a whitelist

@queicherius Thanks, 600 calls per minute should be more than sufficient for testing purposes. I suppose whitelisting is only possible for servers with static ips anyways and managing a server is something I've consequently been avoiding because of the legal mess.

Have I missed something, or should all profession specific skills not have a profession key-value set? e.g. https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/skills?ids=5777 looks like it should have professions: [ "Elementalist" ],
I was going to skip skills without professions specified for my patchnotes api thing but looks like there's some bad data in there
actually maybe that's a trait skill or something, theres a similar one, https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/skills?ids=5639 with everything specified
