all the orphans were the Karma icons on my screen
further they were, smaller the icon

there's permanent ones, I think @queicherius has them on www.gw2efficiency.com
as for the rest, it all depends on map IP

Is there a reason the old events api (the one that showed every event on a map) couldn't be reactivated taking ip as a parameter (which the user can get with /ip)?

There can be multiple shards running the same map on the same ip

I think triple wurm was one place that it may have happened. Where same IP, diff shard.

if it doesn't happen, and we have the IP from the mumble api, we could get events per IP pretty easily

I think it's a sockaddr_in or sockaddr_in6 which is annoying
but it's in there IIRC

@Coffee4cr Happened to us quite frequently when trying to do the TD meta as HoT launced. Basically every try was different shards on the same IP
