@lye So about the cache times... you said it'd just be the cache headers. However, I just tested it with the /account/wallet endpoint, which does not have a cache header at all, but it took exactly 10 minutes to update to the value ingame after a change.
Interestingly it was way faster after changing maps

The warscore is just the accumulated amount of the current victory points right? So, if the skirmishes reset at fixed times we should be possible to create snapshots ourselves. Of course, these snapshots might be off with a few points.
