Chris Horak
@chrish16
the key is correct, it works for some accounts doesn't for others
Darqam
@Darqam
have those accounts logged in since api came back up?
iirc they need to login to update stuff, and then wait 5-10 mins
Chris Horak
@chrish16
yes, it was days ago the issue popped up, thought it would correct itself but it hasn't
Another weird thing was, at reset this week, /account/raids was saying that some accounts had x raids completed when all accounts had no raids completed
Darqam
@Darqam
again, they would need to login to update stuff... if they did and it didn't update, then probably make an issue on github
darthmaim
@darthmaim
you need to login after reset, or the API will still show old raids
Archomeda
@Archomeda
omg... rip my ssd
rip my windows install
PSA, do not buy sandisk ssds
Eearslya Sleiarion
@Eearslya
Really? I had thought sandisk was pretty good
Jonathan Andrist
@rwfrk_twitter
I seem to recall a firmware issue with one of their models.
ChieftainAlex
@ChieftainAlex
i wonder if I could turn off all the css for that website + throw a new set together.
hell switching all the css off apart from leaflet is an improvement.
darthmaim
@darthmaim
yep
that site is a mess
ChieftainAlex
@ChieftainAlex
couldn't he just have the map fill the window, and let you scroll to beneath it using scrollbars to all the settings?
darthmaim
@darthmaim
That would be too easy
ChieftainAlex
@ChieftainAlex
can't even find the map element in the html.
something for later.

<section id="mapPane" class="mapPane mapPaneBackground leaflet-container leaflet-fade-anim" tabindex="0" style="position: relative;">
Archomeda
@Archomeda
you probably have a day of work just sifting through the html
but seriously, the website is a complete mess; i hope the creator understands, but judging by his response, he doesn't
makes me want to create a similar website... but, i cba
darthmaim
@darthmaim
yeah, thought the same
If I didn't have so many projects already...
Archomeda
@Archomeda
yeah, i have to finish my bot, plus i really need to get working on the build editor again...
darthmaim
@darthmaim
yes!
Archomeda
@Archomeda
plus i still have to rma my ssd and once i get that back, reinstall windows again -_-
maybe after all that i can think of creating a similar website
webstorm isn't even installed on this windows install; not that it isn't installed pretty fast if i would download it
Darrian
@rikkuness
pshh Windows ;D
Archomeda
@Archomeda
it's still my go to os
Darrian
@rikkuness
it is mine for games still at least
for everything else it makes my life difficult xD
Archomeda
@Archomeda
i mean, since the linux subsystem was released for windows 10, i actually think less of switching to linux
Darrian
@rikkuness
linux on the desktop is a bit mehhh anyway, too much of a hassle for day to day use usually
Archomeda
@Archomeda
i can set it up to have it dual-boot linux, but if only something exists to instantly swap to it without having to restart my whole pc; that would be great
Darrian
@rikkuness
I find OSX perfect for working use, gorgeous to dev on, Windows for gaming use and Linux for all my server needs
Archomeda
@Archomeda
ah osx
i can't be bothered to buy apple stuff really :P
my typing urgh
Darrian
@rikkuness
I was brought up on MacOS, it's kinda part of me by now haha, still wouldn't use their phones or anything mind, but OSX is a really nice solid desktop OS with all the UNIXy goodness
windwarrior
@windwarrior
running Arch Linux on a daily basis, have no big issue with it at all
Darrian
@rikkuness
yeah Arch always seemed cool :) in work I daily dev on CentOS 7 and it's fine, tbh I've run Linux on the desktop for maybe 10-15 years on and off, I was gonna put it on my macbook when I bought that but osx just works a charm
I was at Dockercon in 2015 and I'm looking around like shiiiiiit 98% of the people sat here developing are using macbook pros and I was sat there on a knackered old Toughbook running Fedora with a 15 minute battery life haha, so I walked out the con and into the San Francisco Apple store and walked out with my macbook pro
that hipster life xD
