Animation keyframes can have font properties...

argh

Anyone doing that would see some quite weird results. But still, possible

I guess it should be possible to treat every set of key frames as a "hypothetical vector", sort of like we do with media queries? So that we only assume that one of the keyframes will be the active one at any given moment?
If that's sufficient, it shouldn't be too hard to add.
But maybe there's more to it? Will this actually cycle through all intermediate values (200, 300, 400...)?
@keyframes identifier {
  0% { font-weight: 100; }
  100% { font-weight: 800; }
}
font weight: interpolated via discrete steps (multiples of 100). The interpolation happens in real number space and is converted to an integer by rounding to the nearest multiple of 100, with values halfway between multiples of 100 rounded towards positive infinity.

So it should somehow expand to all the available weights for the given font-face/font-style, but what if those are being animated as well?

Maybe this one is just a thing we should document missing support for
Animating font properties seems quite unlikely

Well, someone made the effort to document how font-weight should be animated. I think we can make it work, but yeah, it's probably a reasonable thing to leave out for version 1 :)

I can give it a shot after you land your "available weights" work

Cool. It'll probably be early next week. We'll get home tomorrow very late

I am. Brought my laptop, but I'd rather just read a good book in the hours where Thora is sleeping :)

That makes a whole lot of sense :)
