I have a question. If I only config a ManagementGroup system and have no any other PartitionGroup, it seems the cluster won't be started.
and there's no error or exception occur

Another question is that, when I use Profile.dataGrid() and try to elect an leader, I actually got more than 1 leader

Please note that I am using Raft for both management and data partition group. Any idea what is causing it?
Cluster seem to form as expected without issues
