    Yea
    :D
    Federico
    @asyba
    haha

    @asyba
    Hi
    saml cli now support Nodejs with "You can now use the sam build command to compile deployment packages for AWS Lambda functions written in supported Node.js runtimes" that's mean that you can start working to make run/debug in the plugin?
    Austin Brooks
    @abrooksv
    Run and deploy could be added, debug would need to have more research done on debugger in WebStorm
    Federico
    @asyba
    Good

    @abrooksv
    +1 the NodeJS github issue

    @asyba
    Hi
    I got this error:
    "Error running '[Local] ExtractOrdersHandler': Failed to package zip."
    where I can see logs to identify the issue?
    Federico
    @asyba
    nevemind found it, was a duplicated maven dependence

    @fcasals
    hello! anybody here?
    Federico
    @asyba
    Hi
    fcasals
    @fcasals
    nice! Hi Federico
    any idea if Webstorm will be supported by this plugin anytime in the near future?
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    This is something we're considering, but we don't have a date at this point.
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    There's a pending PR, but we need to shift from "custom packaging methods" to leveraging the SAM CLI for packaging before we can pull the PR in.
    fcasals
    @fcasals
    thanks for you answer @gholt-aws. Looking forward to use this on Webstorm
    have a nice weekend
    Federico
    @asyba
    Why don’t use the intellij and the plugins? If is the same thing?
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    Some things are language-specific, others apply to all of the IDEs.
    Austin Brooks
    @abrooksv
    If I understand you right @asyba, when we enable WebStorm, it would also enable Intellij+JavaScript plugin
    fcasals
    @fcasals
    i'll try today intellij + JS plugin and will comment here. I'm been working for years with Webstorm and I have never put myself in the case of using intellij in that manner
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    @fcasals - I would be very surprised if that worked. Our JetBrains plug-in does not support Node yet. That's what I meant by language-specific vs. all of the JetBrains IDEs.
    fcasals
    @fcasals
    oh!, ok @gholt-aws
    thanks for the clarification
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    :-)

    @fcasals
    english played a trick on me
    so... we wait then
    George Holt
    @gholt-aws
    Hopefully not too long of a wait. But we can't give a date at this time. However, it is very helpful to know that customers are interested.
    fcasals
    @fcasals
    at my office at least, there are several customers interested

    For those of you that have a mac, were you able to get the AWS Tool Kit to work with pycharm ?
    Austin Brooks
    @abrooksv
    PyCharm wizard is having issues, it works with IntelliJ and the Python plugin
    Payton
    @pjonson2
    So, how should I set up my project where I can run & test a lambda locally?
    Payton
    @pjonson2
    The IDE toolkit work for Visual Studio code?
