Is there any plans to do something about permissions?
For example azk could add a user and run everything with this user and command like azk shell could connect using that user like docker docker exec --user www-data -it MY_CONTAINER bash

Hi @FDiskas. We already have an issue about permissions: azukiapp/azk#100. Could you comment on this issue or maybe open a new one?

@FDiskas Our current greatest challenge is related to issue azukiapp/azk#100. On the one hand the Docker offers a way to set user on process, on the other mapping for the host file permissions are not "stable".

For now the alternatives are even using USER statement in Dockerfile and/or force the docker parameter with docker_extra: http://docs.azk.io/en/reference/azkfilejs/docker_extra.html

Important: Keep in mind that the property "docker_extra" the Azkfile.js is considered an "unstable "option, changes in the way the Docker receives these parameters can cause problems.

@m9dfukc the application or a section of the azk shell was started before running the pgrep?
because the worker of sync is started only as needed

@gullitmiranda yeah sorry, my bad ... I already switched back using the path option when executing the ps -ef command ;/

The output as it should be:

10263 Entwicklung/frontend git:(development) ✗ » ps -ef | grep sync
  501 1802 81663 0 6:27pm ttys001 0:04.41 azk sync worker /Users/m9dfukc/Desktop/Coming Home/Entwicklung/frontend /mnt/sda1/azk/sync_folders/593e50e AZK_AGENT_CONF_FILE=/Users/m9dfukc/.azk/data/run/agent.json
  501 1821 66997 0 6:27pm ttys001 0:00.00 grep --color=auto --exclude-dir=.bzr --exclude-dir=CVS --exclude-dir=.git --exclude-dir=.hg --exclude-dir=.svn sync

Yes, @danieldocki, you can. Thats the main intent of using containers ;)
